Doris started seeing Dr. Katz for chiropractic treatments just before Thanksgiving of last year. She decided to come in after seeing the success with pain relief her mother was experiencing. Prior to starting with Amherst Family Chiropractic, Doris had suffered for years from the pain of fibromyalgia. She was so tired she'd fall asleep in her chair at night, have difficulty with movement and was unable to keep up with her housework. She had visited a different doctor years ago, but was dissatisifed with his results. "All he did was pop my neck, and I didn't like that," she said.
